December 2021 – In recent years, the presence of Kohler engines in the rental sector has become increasingly significant. This is the reason for the establishment of the Kohler Rental Partner Program: a series of after-sales services specifically designed to accompany and support rental companies in reducing their total operating costs and maintaining their fleets.
TRAINING COURSES | The program involves a series of online and in-person training sessions with specific in-depth training on basic maintenance of the various families of Kohler engines. The course on KDI engines will also include training on KIRA, Kohler’s system of remote diagnostics, independent maintenance and service.
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS | Rental providers participating in the program will receive special discounts on genuine Kohler spare parts, maintenance kits and replacement engines.
LOYALTY PROGRAM | Through a points earning system, participants can receive diagnostic and maintenance tools as well as original Kohler merchandise. Kohler’s strategy of increasing its presence in the rental sector is also reflected in its commitment to the industry. In fact, Kohler is a member of the European Rental Association (ERA) and recently participated (also as a sponsor) in the 2021 ERA Convention held on September 29-30 at the Postillion Hotel in Amsterdam, during which the European Rental Awards were presented. Moreover, this year Kohler also joined Assodimi-Assonolo, the Italian national professional rental association, and sponsored its 29th national conference, which was held at Stazione Leopolda in Florence on November 26.
